simply: Press and Hold [CTRL]+[ALT] Keys when clicking on the "Open Calibration" Button. After selecting the Filename you'll be ask to which ECU Type the calibation should be imported. You should even hold the [CTRL]+[ALT] Keys on the first upload to ECU, too, to force a full upload!
